Introduction to Basic Bellydance

Join our Introduction to Arabia Adorned Bellydance Technique to find out exactly what Bellydance at Arabia Adorned is about. If you have never taken a Bellydance class before, this is the class for you!
Open to all levels, this class is recommended for new students or as a technique review and refinement for students with previous experience. The session includes detailed breakdowns of class warm up, proper Middle Eastern dance posture and alignment, arm carriage, basic footwork, detailed hipwork, undulations and shimmies. Basic choreography will be taught to incorporate the movements learned in class which you will continue to learn and perfect in the following classes.
Each of our Intro to Bellydance classes focus on a different topic, helping you to refine your bellydance skills before moving on to the next level.

In 'Introduction to Bellydance' you will learn an introduction to the following bellydance movements:

* Basic posture & arm carriage
* 1,2,3 Shuffle Step
* Flat Toe Toe Step
